1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship orders within Poland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of Poland at this time.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days depending on the region and courier.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are processed the same day.
3. Shipping Methods
- Standard delivery via InPost, DPD, or GLS couriers.
- Free delivery for orders over 300 PLN.
- Tracking number provided after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at turinabrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.
